Safety Report

The Safety Report is tailored to the request and includes safety suggestions for the location based on various scenarios, including weather and active shooter situations. This involves a site-based walk-through, discussion of scenarios with the event coordinators, office managers, or building owners, and research based on location, weather patterns and trends, and situational information.

We suggest you begin the Safety Report process a minimum of three months before a planned event, to allow time for research and presenting of the report in time to prepare for said event. In a workplace scenario, beginning safety drills now helps prepare all employees in case of an emergency event in the future.

The Safety Report will not prevent all situations, but will better prepare your employees and volunteers to handle possible scenarios in case the need arises. Within the report are suggestions for new safety measures, suggestions for Emergency Access to an event based on traffic or layout, suggestions for law enforcement back-up, and requested drill names and procedures based on your office or event that you and your teams can begin implementing immediately.
